1. Introduction

Your Car's Safety respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

2. OBD and Bluetooth data

Connection to an OBD-II Bluetooth adapter (ELM327-protocol compatible) happens locally on your device.
Driving data (speed, temperature, fault codes, etc.) is shown on your device and stored locally according to your settings.
We do not upload live OBD data to our servers.

3. Pro status and subscription

To verify access (14-day trial / subscription / founder offer) we send only an anonymous device identifier to aiverce.com — not your name, phone, or driving data.
Local payment (manual transfer): we receive the phone number and transfer reference you submit for payment review — we do not store card details.
When Google Play Billing is enabled later: we receive subscription status only (active/expired) per Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Free tier after Pro ends

Requires an internet connection to verify status. In this mode the app shows speed, RPM, and coolant gauges only — no alerts, diagnostics, or extra OBD uploads.

5. Voice (Pipa — Pro)

The microphone is used only when you ask. Speech recognition runs on your device; we do not upload voice recordings to our servers.

6. Silent app diagnostics

The app may automatically send a diagnostic report to aiverce.com if it crashes or hits a software error, plus an occasional health ping to confirm it is running smoothly.
A report includes device type, Android version, app version, a short error text, and connection status (connected/failed) — not live driving values, not GPS tracks, and not your name or phone number.
Purpose: fix bugs and improve stability — no ads and no data sale.
You can request deletion of your device’s reports via support@aiverce.com.

7. aiverce.com website

We may log IP address and browser type when you visit these pages (standard server logs).

8. Changes

We may update this policy. An updated version will be published at this URL with an effective date.
