1. Acceptance

By using the app you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of the service

The app is an informational tool for reading OBD data and alerts — not a substitute for certified workshop diagnostics.
OBD readings may vary by vehicle and OBD-II adapter type (ELM327-compatible).
Clearing fault codes without fixing the issue may bring the warning light back.

3. Safe driving

You are responsible for safe driving and obeying traffic laws. Do not use the app in a way that distracts you while driving.

4. Tiers (Pro / free)

Pro (14-day trial after founders fill, annual subscription, or founder offer): all features — full dashboard, alerts, DTC diagnostics, media, Pipa, auto-launch on car screen, and more.
After Pro ends: limited free tier — speed, RPM, and coolant gauges only (read-only), requires internet, no alerts, warnings, diagnostics, media, auto-launch, or layout editing.
Emergency SOS stays available to everyone without Pro.

Subscription details in our Subscription Terms. We may adjust included features in each tier with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual property

Your Car's Safety, its name, logo, interfaces, source and object code, designs, text, and related algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of Yasser Amin and/or Aiverse, protected by applicable copyright and IP laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use an official copy of the app for personal purposes under these terms only.
Without prior written permission you may not: copy or redistribute the app; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; modify it or create derivative works; remove proprietary notices; use the name or logo commercially.
Subscription and entitlement logic runs on our servers — using the app does not grant rights to copy or reuse that server-side logic.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties. We are not liable for damage from relying on diagnostics without professional review.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after publication means you accept the updated version unless applicable law requires otherwise.
